Yesterday, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued its long-awaited Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) related to Dodd-Frank 1071. FTC to Develop New Group Aimed at Antitrust and Deceptive Practices Rulemaking
