The Court noted that one way this harm could be demonstrated was through showing a concrete detriment to her debt-management choices. Accordingly, the Court of Appeals vacated the judgment and remanded the case to the district court for dismissal of the Spuhlers’ challenge. It held that she also needed to show personal harm.
