Birmingham attorneys Turner Williams? and Al Teel? obtained summary judgment in their favor on behalf of R.J. Alabama River Cellulose, LLC, et al., Defense counsel brought a motion for summary judgment on behalf of RJC, arguing that Mr. McGinnis’s employer was not a “common carrier by rail” subject to the FELA.
