On November 8, 2021, the OIG issued an updated SDP to providers, which included clarifications of existing guidance and increased the minimum settlement amounts OIG will accept. On November 2, 2021, CMS finalized the Medicare payment rates for hospital outpatient and ambulatory surgical center (“ASC”) services in CY 2022 (“OPPS Final Rule”).
