Keeping Debt Collection Complaints in Perspective

A lot has been written about the number of complaints turning up at the CFPB regarding debt collection companies. It’s important to take the statistics with a grain of salt because the sheer number of complaints is not (in and of itself) an indicator of either good or bad debt collection behavior. The Data Is In: Household Debt & Credit Report
