How did you get your start in the industry?
As a college intern at The InterProse Corporation.
What is your career highlight so far?
Having the honor of being named InterProse’s incoming president.
When or how are you most productive?
During quiet times. Mornings and late afternoons.
Which industry professional do you admire most?
Scott Purcell. Both of us being from the Pacific Northwest, his name would pop up over the years as a local prospect, competitor, and eventually the CEO of ACA International. It’s been neat to follow, and I respect his insight within our industry.
What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
Tricky question, isn’t there always someone better? Love for InterProse and its employees. I also throw a pretty mean yo-yo.
What do you like most about this industry?
It’s an interesting industry because if you’re in it long enough, you run into many of the same people but with different organizations and roles. I’ve met and worked with a lot of second and third-generation owners. That’s pretty cool.

Binge-watching a television series or weekend of sports, a late morning weekend nap.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
