Judge Dismisses FDCPA Case Because Plaintiff Didn’t Dispute Debt

JPMorgan Says it May Sue CFPB Over Zelle Investigation
- JPMorgan Chase, one of the banks that owns payments network Zelle, is considering litigation against the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in response to an investigation the Bureau has been undertaking about transactions managed by the network. The bank revealed that it is considering litigation in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
