Brown & Joseph and Altus Receivables Management Have Merged

Brown & Joseph and Altus Receivables Management, leading providers of third-party commercial collection services, announced today that the companies have combined, forming one company and creating the premier commercial accounts receivable management company in North America.

The combined Brown & Joseph and Altus company provides the most comprehensive A/R management services to its clients by increasing their cash, reducing their Days Sales Outstanding, and streamlining their collections processes.

The combined company has seven U.S. locations, over 300 team members, and the collection industry’s most advanced technology, security and compliance infrastructure. Many of the world’s largest and most recognized companies already trust Brown & Joseph and Altus to manage their receivables.

The resources, deep experience and strength in several key industry verticals including insurance, business services, transportation and logistics, telecom and technology others, distinguishes the multiplatform company from others in the market.

“We are very pleased to join forces with Altus and bring together two of the premier brands in the commercial accounts receivable market,” said Mark Schabel, CEO at Brown & Joseph.  “We will work together and continue to invest in the future to further expand the abilities of the combined company.”

Mike Baldwin, CEO at Altus added, “The size, scale, and deep talent base created from uniting our companies is powerful and will bring even greater value to our collective client base.”
