“This move is made to continue to serve our clients for today and the future” partner Xerxes Martin said.  “As the collections industry consolidates, the demands of our clients for geographically diverse and experienced representation increases. We want to meet those needs by working with experienced trial attorneys in litigious jurisdictions.  We understand we must provide a trusted full-service platform to our clients to thrive in the evolution of their businesses.”

“This is a deep bench, with an indisputable and longstanding record of success in and outside of the industry, from the highest courts of appeal to arbitrations and trials.  As issues facing the industry continue to become more complex, and the legal challenges intensify, we know the need for this level of experience, through a trusted and competitive rate structure, will continue to grow” said partner Dale Golden.

“We want all of our clients to thrive, not just today, but for what they will grow to be.  We continue to add services to meet our clients needs—our litigation defense services are now nationwide, our compliance services have expanded to include board advisory counsel, mergers and acquisitions representation, and artificial intelligence software technology expertise to help our clients adapt and thrive.  This merger furthers that mission” said partner Heath Morgan.

Martin Golden Lyons Watts Morgan PLLC will have offices in Dallas, Tampa, Chicago, St. Louis, and Denver and will provide state licensed attorneys in Texas, Florida, Illinois, Georgia, New York, Missouri, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Wyoming, and federal court licenses in many other jurisdictions across the country.

The firm is excited to continue to partner and serve our clients with their compliance, litigation, and leadership and technology initiatives.  For more information about the firm and its services, go to www.mgl.law.
