Being promoted to be the first female Executive Vice President in Community Banking in Northeast Pennsylvania in 1995 and then again acquiring the same position upon entry into the collection industry.
When or how are you most productive?
I am most productive in tough situations and crisis situations. I remain calm, analyze and get a game plan and a team assembled for mitigation, and come out successfully on the other side.

Its reputation.
Describe a typical work day.
After all these years I am back on a 10-to-12 hour work day running a smaller/mid-sized agency. Check emails, check with supervisors, update budgets and numbers in general, make sure clients are happy. Read daily industry publications. Review any outstanding litigation on a daily basis. If I have the luxury of supplementing the training officer’s work with an impromptu training session, great (I love to teach). Handle problems, client, consumer and personnel issues, look through analytics, follow up daily on outsourced functions and review vendor issues. Right now for the next few months Regulation F. Then I go home to my husband and my kitten.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
Executive level position in finance.
